The Kyiv Commercial Court upheld the city prosecutor’s office’s claim and ruled that the developer of the Manhattan City residential complex, located in the Solomyansky district of the capital at the intersection of Borshchahivska Street and Vozdukhovykh Avenue, should pay more than UAH 69 million to the city budget as a share contribution.

What caused the debt

Що стало причиною заборгованості

Будівництво багатоквартирних житлових комплексів у столиці можливе лише за умови сплати пайової участі. Невиконання такого обов’язку порушує права територіальної громади міста Києва. Забудовник ухилився від сплати внеску з невідомих причин, що стало підставою для втручання прокуратури.
