The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has issued a permit to Ola Fine LLC, owned by Maksym Krippa, to acquire Parus Holding LLC, owned by Vadym Stolar. This was reported by the AMCU press service.

According to the AMCU report, Ola Fine LLC, controlled by Maksym Krippa through the ARS Capital fund, will be able to acquire a stake in Parus Holding from investor Vadym Stolar.

Vadym Stolar owns 80% of shares in Parus Holding through the Genesis fund, and the remaining 20% is owned by his ex-wife Inna Maistruk through the Stream Investment fund.

Parus Holding owns Advanced Technologies Plus LLC, which owns the Parus shopping and office center in the center of Kyiv.

Experts believe that this transaction may reflect general trends in business development and investment climate in Ukraine, which may affect the perception of the country by foreign investors.

Згідно з інформацією звіту АМКУ, ТОВ «Ола Файн», контрольоване Максимом Кріппою через фонд «АРС Кепітал», буде мати можливість придбати пакет акцій у «Парус Холдингу» у інвестора Вадима Столара.

Вадим Столар володіє 80% акцій «Парус Холдингу» через фонд «Генеза», а решта 20% належить його колишній дружині Інні Майструк через фонд «Стрім Інвестмент».

«Парус Холдинг» володіє ТОВ «Передові технології плюс», який володіє торгово-офісним центром «Парус» у центрі Києва.
