Готель Україна переходить до приватних рук: Кріппа отримав фінальний дозвіл

Businessman Maksym Krippa, through his company Ola Fine, has received the final permission to complete the privatization of the Kyiv hotel Ukraina.

According to the AMCU, this permit is granted for Ola Fine to acquire control over the assets within the single property complex of the hotel. After that, the company can proceed to the final stage of the purchase of the property.

The transaction value is over UAH 3 billion

According to the terms of the agreement, Maksym Krippa’s company, Ola Fine, will pay UAH 3.01 billion for the Ukraina Hotel, including VAT. According to the agreement, the ownership of the property will be transferred to the new owner after obtaining a permit from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. At the same time, the 1.51-hectare land plot on which the hotel is located is not included in the deal.

Hotel “Ukraina” is a symbol of Kyiv architecture

Located at 4 Instytutska Street, the Ukraina Hotel is one of Kyiv’s most famous architectural landmarks. The building was built on the site of Lev Ginzburg’s skyscraper and was one of the tallest in Kyiv at the time.

Until 2001, the hotel was called the Moscow Hotel. Today it is a four-star hotel with more than 300 rooms of various categories, two restaurants and banquet halls.

Privatization of Hotel Ukraina is an important step in recovery

The privatization of the Ukraina Hotel was the first major facility to be privatized during the full-scale war. In addition to Ukraina, several other well-known Kyiv hotels have been privatized in recent years. For example, the Dnipro Hotel was sold in 2020 for UAH 1.1 billion, and the Hermitage Hotel was sold in 2022 for UAH 311 million. Also, in 2024, it is planned to privatize the Kozatsky Hotel for UAH 400 million.

Earlier it became known that the state budget received UAH 2.51 billion from the sale of the Ukraina Hotel.

Бізнесмен Максим Кріппа, через свою компанію “Ола Файн”, отримав остаточний дозвіл на завершення процесу приватизації київського готелю “Україна”. 

Як повідомляє АМКУ, цей дозвіл надається для набуття компанією “Ола Файн” контролю над активами в межах єдиного майнового комплексу готелю. Після цього компанія може перейти до фінального етапу покупки об’єкта.

Вартість угоди — понад 3 мільярди гривень

Згідно з умовами угоди, компанія Максима Кріппи, “Ола Файн”, заплатить 3,01 мільярда гривень за готель “Україна”, включаючи ПДВ. За договором, право власності на об’єкт переходить до нового власника після отримання дозволу від АМКУ. Водночас земельна ділянка площею 1,51 га, на якій розташовано готель, не входить до угоди.

Готель Україна — символ київської архітектури

Розташований на вулиці Інститутській, 4, готель “Україна” є однією з найвідоміших київських архітектурних пам’яток. Будівля з’явилася на місці хмарочоса Лева Гінзбурга та була однією з найвищих у Києві у свій час. 

До 2001 року готель мав ім’я “Москва”. Нині це чотиризірковий готель з понад 300 номерами різних категорій, двома ресторанами та банкетними залами.

Приватизація України — важливий крок у відновленні

Приватизація готелю “Україна” стала першим великим об’єктом під час повномасштабної війни. Окрім “України”, в останні роки було приватизовано кілька інших відомих київських готелів. Так, готель “Дніпро” був проданий у 2020 році за 1,1 млрд грн, а “Ермітаж” — у 2022 році за 311 млн грн. Також у 2024 році планується приватизація готелю “Козацький” за 400 млн грн.

Раніше стало відомо, що до держбюджету надійшло 2,51 млрд грн від продажу готелю Україна.
