Since January 1, 2024, Kyiv law enforcement officers have taken 1,108 persons liable for military service to the capital’s commissariats.

This was stated in response to a request from the UNN agency to the Main Department of the National Police in Kyiv.

According to Kyiv law enforcement, the number of requests from recruitment centers to determine the whereabouts of evaders is even higher.

From the new year to April 1, 3439 requests were received to locate and deliver persons for the purpose of processing administrative documents under Articles 210 and 210-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. These articles relate to violations of the legislation on military duty and service, as well as defense, mobilization training, and mobilization by persons liable for military service.

The Kyiv City Recruitment Center additionally noted that “from the beginning of the year to April 1, district centers in Kyiv issued 1306 administrative reports under Art. 210 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine.”

It was reported that Kyiv residents serving in the Armed Forces will receive one-time financial assistance. This assistance is targeted at those who joined the military after December 1, 2023.

Про це йдеться у відповідь на запит агентства УНН до Головного управління Національної поліції у Києві.

Згідно з даними від столичних правоохоронців, кількість запитів від центрів комплектування (ТЦК) про визначення місцеперебування тих, хто ухиляється, ще більша.

З нового року до 1 квітня надійшло 3439 запитів щодо локалізації та доставки осіб для оформлення адміністративних документів за статтями 210 та 210-1 КУпАП, що стосуються порушень військовозобов’язаними законодавства про військовий обов’язок і службу, а також оборону, мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію.

Київський міський центр комплектування додатково зазначив, що “з початку року до 1 квітня районними центрами у Києві було виготовлено 1306 адміністративних протоколів за ст. 210 КУпАП України”.

Нагадаємо, раніше стало відомо, що кияни, які підуть служити до лав ЗСУ, отримають одноразову матеріальну допомогу. Йдеться про одноразову адресну допомогу тим, хто вступив на військову службу з 1 грудня 2023 року.
